Your correspondent saw the national emblem of our country printed on the cover of the "Certificate of Handsome Man".  Below the national emblem it reads "People's Republic of China Certificate of Super Handsome Man".

... Mr Zhu [the boss of the adult shop] said creativity was not only for promoting sales.  More importantly, "special package will free customers from embarrassment."
