A new air service between Kathmandu, the Nepalese capital, and Guangzhou will begin next January according to the Himalayan Times.
The Guangzhou-based China Southern Airlines is planning to fly to Kathmandu twice weekly.
Royal Nepal Airlines currently flies to Hong Kong and Shanghai.
