Jimmy Lai Is Out

"I don't believe that blogs can replace the functions of newspapers. At the most, they are only a social platform ..." - Jimmy Lai, Chairman of Next Media (ESWN's translation)

China Unblocks WikipediaI believe what Jimmy believes is becoming more and more irrelevant. Today, "China Unblocks Wikipedia" is the top story of the World Section of Apple Daily. They say the unblock was first exposed in Andrew Lih's blog (or social platform at most, according to Jimmy). They don't say Andrew had "exposed" the story a week ago.

By the way, before the story even hits the newsstands, Wikipedia is once again inaccessible.
