You're most welcome, Dezza. In fact at the Ministry of Railway's website one may only download a rail map dated 2003, missing the Qinghai-Tibet rail route!

Does anyone know where to get a paper (poster) copy? I don't even know the name of "Chinese Mapping Bureau" in Chinese... :(
