Blur Out The Sensitive Part
President Chen Shui-bian survives the recall proceedings. The People's Daily and Xinhua covered the story and picked this self-explanatory image, apparently a Taiwanese TV screenshot: recall motion; fail to clear the hurdle; parliamentary speaker Wang Jin-pyng on the right.
The upper left-hand corner went blurry - an attempt to rub the sensitive word "president" out (original text: motion to oust the president (总统罢免案)).
It reminds me of the promotional materials of Hong Kong (and Japanese?) pornography: everybody knows what has been blurred; somehow the blurry part looks even more ... alluring.

Admiration of the female anatomy is perfectly normal for any man in my beleif. If the political policies in China will soon promote having testicels is bad for your health because you only really need one testicel, or that pornography promotes the excessive build-up of seamen, or that women perfer men who do not like pornography thus its bad for marital relations and society. Then I can not condone their global sponsership of Human Rights with United Nations resolutions. In general I beleive in women rights as well, so if they like to receive money for being in adult entertainment then I can only say that in China's case they should monitor the exact defination of adult entertainment according to the beleifs of society with both genders equally.
