The link's not working for me; would it be because it's blocked from (South) Korea?

It works fine here in Hong Kong. It seems rather unthinkable to me that the South Korean government would censor such silly and largely harmless game?

All of North Korea is blocked by the MIC in the South. But, you can always use a proxy!
