China tops Asian blogosphere.

China matters: Love it or hate it, China is the focal point of outsiders. (In general, language factor is significant: Singapore, the English-speaking city state, ranks fourth and South Korea does not even make the top ten. Few Chinese bloggers blog in English.)
Blog divide: There are more blogs on China, India and Japan, the big three of Asian blogosphere, than the total of the remaining 27 countries.
No man's land: Central Asia countries were rarely seen. Afghanistan is the exception and you know why.
(I base on this list. Russia and Middle-East countries are not included.)
Hi there, interesting list. I wonder how you used the search engine to get the results? How can you identify different countries?

Fons,
I used Google Blog Search (blogsearch.google.com).

Fons,
I have just read your post titled "How many weblogs has China?" at ChinaHerald.net. Obviously my "answer" above is nonsense. My apology.
My methodology is simple. At noon, October 1 (Hong Kong time), I searched by inputting Asian country names (the informal name: China instead of People's Republic of China, for instance). I recorded the number of results returned. Essentially, the objective of my research is to understand how many bloggers, REGARDLESS OF THEIR LOCATION, are talking about China or India or any other Asian countries in their English-language blogs. My research therefore cannot help answer your question about the number of blogs China has.
